8 Class Card: $160 (expires in 10 weeks)
16 Class Card: $300 (expires in 12 weeks)
Monthly Unlimited Classes: $190.00
(the more you come the more you save! Best for yogis taking class 3x/week or more)

Students: 10% discount
School Teachers: 10% discount
Seniors: 20% discount (age 60 and up)
Private Lessons: $85 – $125/hour

Think you can not afford Yoga? Think again, every Tuesday 9:30am is a Karma class and this month our Sunday 4:00pm class is Yoga Stimulus also operating on Karma. In lieu of fees, please bring any donation you can; canned food item, books, clothes, money, pet supplies and if you can not spare anything at the moment, then write us a testimonial or contribute your time in service to the community. Yoga Stimulus class rotates around the schedule each month.
About Our Rates
The rates have been carefully considered in order to provide for the safety, comfort and practice environment of the students. The BVSA facility is newly renovated and our studio space includes, restroom and change room. There is the BVSA Fitness Center on site and membership is discounted for Dew Yoga students. Plenty of parking is available.
We offer; free or discounted classes to members of community services (Stamford Police Department, Stamford Hospital, Stamford Public Schools), weekly Karma classes.
Class cards are not refundable, however, are fully transferable to a friend or family member. They are valid for all classes on the schedule.
Family members are welcome to share claFamily members are welcome to share class cards. In accordance with Karma, class cards do not expire, we would like you to receive all that you have paid for.
