How to find us

  • Dew Yoga is centrally located at 923 High Ridge Road in Stamford.
  • We are accessible from; the Merritt Parkway by .8 mile, 2 miles from I-95. As well as CT Transit buses from North Stamford, Metro North Train Station and Down town Stamford. Click the map below for Google Maps & Driving Directions.
  • Parking is plentiful to the left and up the hill next to Kit's. Please respect our neighbors there is NO parking for Yoga in front of the building unless you need handicap accessibility.
