  • 10 Class Card: $185
  • 20 Class Card: $ 320
  • Monthly Unlimited Classes: $190 (The more you come, the more you save! Best for yogis taking class 3 times a week or more.)
  • All Yoga classes and class cards are subject to 6.35% CT Sales tax. Rates above do not include tax.
  • Seniors, Students and School Teachers: 10% off class cards

  • Many Yogis who have benefited from their Yoga practice wish to share it with others. We invite you to consider supporting Dew Yoga's outreach programs and welcome donations that fund sliding scale and no-cost class cards. Sponsors help Dew Yoga continue to make Yoga instruction affordable to all.

  • Please note the following rules apply:

  • We do not use expiration dates on ten and twenty class cards.We believe you should get what you have paid for and we will honor your card until it is used.
  • If you have remaining classes on your card and you can no longer use it, please donate it back to us for use by a Karma Recipient or give your classes to a friend.
  • Your class card is yours to use as you wish, if you want to bring a friend or share your card with a family member, you are welcome to do so.
  • Monthly unlimited cards are for individual use only.
  • Drop-ins are not eligible for discounts.
  • Our rates are competitive and carefully designed to allow for sliding scale cards as well as Karma Donation (no fee) classes so we do not have an Intro Special rate.
  • Consider your class fees, even if you only drop-in once, to be in service to the greater good.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash or check.

    Moderate/Vigorous Kripalu with Jen

    For students with experience and knowledge of basic postures, breath and meditation. This class flows through basic breath and postures and introduces advanced postures and breath techniques. It includes Yoga philosophy and chanting.

    Prenatal Yoga with Lissa

    Yoga for expecting Moms. Prenatal Yoga to nurture body, mind and spirit through the transition and development of pregnancy. Postures are modified to support all stages of pregnancy and body types. Connect with other expecting mothers and your baby while caring for yourself. Appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and all levels of experience Yoginis. Prenatal Yoga is an excellent introduction to Yoga even for moms who have never done Yoga before.

    2.12.2012 - Absolute Beginners Workshop with Dale

    For beginners or those returning to practice after a time away this two hour class will prepare you to feel comfortable dropping into any level class on the schedule. Learn the fundamentals of Pranayama (Breathing), the foundation Asana (Postures) and enjoy a guided meditation.

    2.19.2012 - Restorative Yoga with Reiki Healing

    A delicious blend of Reiki and Yoga healing. Join Rita Trieger and Jen Irwin for two hours restorative yoga while receiving hands on or hands above Reiki.
