 Which Class is for Me?
Open - A mixed level class, open to students of all abilities.
Basic - A good place to start your Yoga journey, learning the foundations of postures, breath work and meditation.
Beyond - A more vigorous class. Teachers assume students have prior experience, a desire for vigorous flow and willingness to learn more advanced postures.
Yoga Nidra - Guided deep relaxation practiced lying comfortably on the floor.
Teen Yoga - Fun classes set to modern music that include all the elements of an adult class plus creative activities.
Restorative - One hour of supported postures and breath work to restore body, mind and spirit before you begin the weekend.
 What should I bring?
An open mind.

A Yoga Mat if you have one. Mats are available however we do recommend investing in your own mat, to create your own sacred space for practice.

We suggest comfortable layers of clothing to keep warm or cool as needed. Yoga is best practiced barefoot. Zippers, buckles and buttons may not be comfortable. A change room and showers are available, towels and soap are not provided.

To maintain a meditative atmosphere, please turn off cell phones before entering the studio or leave them in the change room.

In accordance with Karma, we request that student’s present payment or class cards before the class begins.
